Shipping Policy:
- We ship all orders the next day once the order is received, up until the cut-off time, which is 11:59 PM every day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and shipped the following day.
- You can expect to receive your order the next day between 10:00 AM and 06:00 PM.
Order Cancellation and Return Policy:
Order Cancellation Before Delivery:
- Users can cancel any placed orders before the cut-off time, which is 11:59 PM every day.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be given in the form of Shree Fresh Premium Credit by default, which can be used in your next order.
- If users prefer a refund in their original source of payment or their bank account, they can request it from Shree Fresh Premium.
- To request a refund directly into your bank account, please contact us via email at care@shreefresh.co.in or by phone at +91 98984 91879.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-4 working days. In some cases, it may take up to 7 to 10 days, depending on the banks.
Order Cancellation or Return at the Time of Delivery or After Delivery:
- Users cannot cancel orders once the cut-off time has passed (11:59 PM).
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods upon delivery, please inform the delivery person and check the quality.
- If the quality meets industry standards, returning the goods may or may not be possible.
- If a return is accepted, you may have the option for a replacement or a refund in your Shree Fresh Premium App Account, which will be automatically applied to your next order.
- Please note that refunds in the bank account are not available for returns accepted at the time of delivery or after delivery.
